Billing ownership

Shopify creates and charges the app subscription. Upgrades, downgrades, trials, and cancellations are confirmed in Shopify Admin.

Asuka synchronizes the entitlement, shop domain, plan, quotas, renewal state, and recent usage to portal.asukadev.com.

Portal account matching

Create the portal account with the verified email used by the active Shopify store owner. The portal links matching Free or paid Shopify entitlements automatically after verification.

Support tickets created from the app include the shop, app version, plan state, and diagnostics, which reduces repeated questions.
